Positive: EVERYTHING!!! We were greeted at the property by Rossana who was very friendly. She sent us some videos on WhatsApp before she met us showing us where the key was and how to get in the property and where to park the car in the garage, all very easy to follow. Once inside the property Rossana explained everything perfectly. We were amazed how perfect the property was it was just like a home from home. It had everything you needed. We didn’t cook or spend much time in the property but it really was well equipped and immaculately clean. It felt very secure. The balcony was a great little touch, did not have a view but was lovely to sit out and have a coffee etc. The location was within 5 mins walk of the lake, train station, bus station, cathedral and old town shops and restaurants.
Negative: No safe in the property.
Summary: Fantastic apartment, great location loved everything about it and Como. Will definitely return
