Perfect beach scene meets pristine living with this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom tropical Panama City Beach beachfront vacation condo getaway! This cozy 7th floor oceanfront unit at Tower 3 Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort features a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen bunk bed in bedroom 2 with an additional sleeper sofa in the common area. The beachfront unit also features two full bathrooms, and a full kitchen with plenty of space in the unit for you and the family. The beachfront balcony access from the den brings the sounds of the Gulf of Mexico rolling in right to your feet as you relax with a glass of wine or cup of coffee to unwind from life's demands!
Edgewater is centrally located to Pier Park restaurants and shopping as well as the Top Restaurants in town such as Firefly, American Charlie, Saltwater Grill along with multiple fast food restaurants. The Shipwreck Island water park and St Andrews State Park as well as the PCB sport complexes are all just a 10 to 15 minute drive from the resort.
Edgewater Beach and Golf Resorts has some of the most inclusive benefits multiple pools, on site restaurants (golf, tennis and fitness center require additional fees) you will find along the Gulf Coast! We look forward to hosting your friends or family getaway! After booking you will be required to register and pay for parking at the Edgewater Registration website, 2023 rates are $50 for first car and $30 for the second for your weekly stay. Extended monthly stays will require updated monthly parking passes and fees when renting for a long term vacation rental condo stay during Snow Bird season.
