WELCOME TO Emerald Waters #106! This amazing first-floor condo on Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach is only 80 steps to the beach and 25 steps to the pool (heated seasonally for Thanksgiving week, then from Christmas week thru the 2nd week of April). Pompano Joes and the Whales Tail are within easy walking distance. Conveniently located within minutes of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Destin Commons and HarborWalk Village.
This beautifully furnished and decorated 2BR/2BA condo has a gated beach access for Emerald Waters residents and guests only.
The living room offers plenty of room to gather and is equipped with a sleeper sofa that has a very comfortable high end Cozy Mattress system. The living room also features a 60" flat screen TV and a BLURAY Player. The kitchen with stainless steel appliances and attractive backsplash is fully stocked and ready for family meal preparation. Dine at the breakfast bar with seating for 4. The king master bedroom has a private full bath and the queen bedroom has access to a full bath. Both bedrooms have a flat screen tv as well.
Emerald Waters #106 does offer complimentary high-speed WIFI! Jet Ski rentals, snorkeling, bike rentals and golf are all available nearby. This family friendly condo complex across the street from the beach is very popular with easy parking, access to the beach, and well maintained pool, hot tub, and lush landscaping.
