This ground floor condo has easy access from the parking lot and easy access out to the relaxing pool area. The decor is in a palette of soft turquoise and ivory with comfy furnishings. This condo has a delightful kitchen with white cabinetry, a breakfast bar, a dining table for 6, and a comfy living area for family gatherings. The beautiful 2BR/2BA condo sleeps 6 with a king bed in the master bedroom with a private bath, a queen bed in the guest bedroom with an adjacent full bathroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy morning coffee or an evening sunset just outside the living area on your patio with seating. The fabulous four story complex is close to many restaurants, grocery stores, local attractions and beach activities. The property features a community pool (heated seasonally for Thanksgiving week, then from Christmas week thru the 2nd week of April), hot tub and grilling area. Emerald Waters 103 will make for the perfect vacation destination! The world famous Pompano Joe's beachside restaurant is only a seven minute walk away. Nestled at the corner of Scenic Gulf Dr. and Holiday Rd., the complex is located directly across the street from the sugar white sand and emerald green water of the Gulf Coast. Parking passes are available for up to 4 vehicles. Emerald Waters is a very popular condo complex, family-friendly, and well-maintained. Come stay for a few days or longer!
