EMERALD – This beautiful hill country home is in the gated community of “Heartstone”. The open floor plan has a very spacious living and dining area. The kitchen is also very roomy for all the cooks who love putting a great meal together, or a great gathering place, perfect for catching up with loved ones. Bedrooms are spacious to make your stay a memorable one. The home has a split floor plan – giving you the option to give your loved one’s privacy within the home. The large Heritage Oak trees give abundant shade in the backyard. The private fenced-in pool and volleyball will only add to your outdoor activities. Have little ones, don't worry the playscape will keep them entertained while you enjoy the shaded backyard. There is a large, covered patio just outside the kitchen & dining area…a wonderful extension for your entertainment and enjoyment. Other outdoor amenities include fire pit/seating and horseshoe pits. EMERALD includes private river access for the rental homes in that area. The Frio River is just a short distance from the property. EMERALD is a very short walk or drive down to the river, The Club at Concan and Concan Golf, the House Pasture Restaurant & Music venue, and of course GARNER STATE PARK. Fully furnished kitchen (dinnerware, silverware, glassware, cooking utensils, pots/pans, bake ware); 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, double sink with disposal; full size clothes washer and dryer; outdoor BBQ pit; large outdoor fire pit; and large outdoor entertainment area with additional seating. Beautiful private swimming pool, outdoor yard volleyball, and horseshoe pit. Frio River Vacation Rentals has a high standard of home inventory. Electric Golf Carts are allowed.
To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAPS: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene items.
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.
