Welcome to the Emerald Palace, a Destin vacation rental that will make you feel like beach royalty! Located in Miramar Beach, right across the street from the glittering gulf, Emerald Palace enjoys incredible views and easy private beach access. The two-level home includes lovely accommodations, outdoor lounge space, and a private pool. With four bedrooms, it can host up to eleven guests.
As soon as you pull up to this stately vacation home, you’ll know you’ve arrived in paradise. Curated landscaping of palm trees and tropical flora surround the home and paver drive. The sounds of the surf and a glimpse of the gulf complete this picture-perfect scene. Inside, on the second level, you will find a spacious living room with a vaulted ceiling, travertine marble floors, large windows, and cozy furnishings. The living room features two couches and two armchairs surrounding a handsome drink table. The cozy seating ensemble faces an entertainment center and flatscreen TV. A wall of glass doors lets in plenty of Florida sunshine and opens onto a beach-facing balcony. From here, you and your fellow guests can relax and watch the waves while sipping on cold cocktails. Back inside, there is a chef’s kitchen perfect for cooking up tasty vacation meals. The kitchen features spacious cabinetry, black granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a bar with raised seating. The formal dining nook includes a farmhouse-style table and seating for eight.
The primary bedroom is located on the second floor. This suite boasts a king-size bed, multiple windows for a sunny look, coastal-inspired furnishings, balcony access, a flatscreen TV, and a massive walk-in closet. The ensuite bath has dual vanities, a makeup area, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. The remaining guest bedrooms are on the first floor. One has a king-size bed, chocolate-colored furnishings, access to the pool area, and an ensuite bath. Another includes a stately queen-size bed, reading chair, mounted TV, and private bath. The last bedroom is great for the kids, as it has a twin-over-full bunk, two twin beds, beachy wall art, a blue settee, and a TV.
In addition to the main living area and cozy bedrooms, the first level has its own den. The den has a couch, wet bar, and mini fridge. There is also dedicated desk space for working remotely. From here, guests can access a private deck and pool. Whether you want to take a refreshing dip in the pool or soak up the sun, this quiet little oasis is perfect for it!
