- The listing features two primary bedrooms with king beds, each with its own ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, providing privacy and convenience for guests.
- The central location is a major draw, with close proximity to key Edmonton landmarks such as West Edmonton Mall, NAIT, Downtown, Rogers Arena, and the Royal Alexandra Hospital, 124th street shops and much more!
- Being a brand new build, the property boasts all-new appliances and finishes, offering a modern and stylish living experience for guests.
What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- The home can get a bit hot in the summer months and the house does not offer central air conditioning. However, we provide fans in each bedroom and a portable AC unit to help ease the heat from June-September (please note if the portable AC unit is damaged/taken it will be a charge of $500).
-An open window also help create a great cross breeze to cool down the suite.
-The home has a separate downstairs suite that is a long term rental so there is a potential for noise. The space is completely separate and not shared with the upstairs or vice versa. Please be respectful as we all want to get a good sleep.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, DISNEY+, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with all appliances such as a microwave, fridge, gas stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!
You have full and total access of our home during your stay. Feel free to stream DISNEY+ as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to the downtown core to catch an Oiler's game or concert at Roger's Place, or one of the many restaurants, bars, and shopping districts nearby on 124th street!

All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any unregistered guests will be charged a $60 additional guest fee per person.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
Please note all reservations are required to pay a $750 damage deposit. This is fully refundable at the end of your stay given there are no damages to the property.
Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.
