Come enjoy this third floor condo! Beautifully decorated in rich vibrant tropical colors! Gorgeous partial views of the gulf from two private balconies and master! As you step inside this oasis the living room has floor to ceiling patio doors with comfortable seating around the large flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen has plenty of counter space with large breakfast bar with seating for 3, full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and a blender for making your beach side drinks! The master is very spacious with private access to the balcony so you can fall asleep to the sounds of the waves right outside your door. The master suite features a king size bed, large flat screen TV, DVD, private bath with separate vanity and walk-in closet. The guest room is perfect for the kids! It offers them privacy with a set of bunk beds and a separate Queen Bed with a flat screen TV, DVD. The Third bedroom is very spacious as it offers a King Bed with Large Flat screen and nice size closet! Just down the hall you have a separate efficiency! The efficiency offers you complete privacy with a Queen sleeper sofa with Large Flat screen TV and a private Balcony to relax after a day at the beach. You also have a small kitchen with micro refrigerator and microwave, Access to second full bath off efficiency and hallway. Free wireless internet Keyless entry Beach Service Included!! I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I even provide a puzzle, board games, and movies. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set. Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
