INCLUDING FREE beach service / chairs & umbrellas on Emerald Isle's private beach. The owner has taken the worry and hassle of beach chair rental out of your hands by offering 4 FREE Chairs / umbrellas when beach services is open seasonally March – October. Per 2022 summer beach service rental pricing, that is a SAVINGS OF $110.00 A DAY!! WOW!!
EI 2009 ALSO INCLUDES in building assigned parking. When you book EI 2009 you will enjoy a gulf front condo with luxurious high end finishes and appliances – as well as new furniture.
With nothing separating you from the Emerald Green water and sugar white sand of Panama City Beach, you will enjoy expansive coastline and ocean views from the open living area and master bedroom that boast floor to ceiling doors that lead to an oversized balcony. Located on the 20th floor, the resort pools, hot tub, sauna, grilling area, ocean and white sand beaches are just a quick elevator ride away.
The gourmet kitchen is a cook's dream. This kitchen features new high-end appliances, custom cabinetry, all new dishes, and drinkware. The kitchen is so well appointed that preparing a meal of any kind will be a breeze. The kitchen also has a combination Keurig for both pods and regular coffee, all new pots and pans and bakeware. The large dining table seats 6 with overflow seating at the kitchen bar for extra guests. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa and a new 55” TV.
The master bedroom is a quiet haven with new furniture – new king-size bed, new TV and the stunning views of the gulf from the floor to ceiling sliding doors. The master bathroom is designed with a low entry tile shower with a corner bench, new custom cabinets, new countertops and lighting for that spa like feel.
The spare bedroom also has a new king-size bed and furniture. The bathroom has a new tub with custom tile surround, new cabinets and lighting to make your guests feel like royalty.
The oversized fully furnished balcony will quickly become your favorite spot. The 270sq ft balcony has all new CR Plastics table and chairs, a pub table and 2 chairs, and 2 lounge chairs to watch the beautiful emerald coastline. The amazing sunsets on the western end of PCB are some of the most beautiful sunsets you will see, and you have it all on your balcony!
