Only minutes from the slopes of Holimont and Holiday Valley and the shops and restaurants of downtown Ellicottville.
The living room is a perfect place to relax after a great day exploring Western New York. Cozy up next to the fireplace, read a book in the day bed or make yourself a beverage at the mini bar. Also several books, games and DVDs are available for your enjoyment. Kick back on the large back deck with gas bbq grill overlooking the woods and stream. Summary: I recently stay there with three families and the property was great. Everything was extremely clean and well organized. The location is literally 5 minutes from Holiday valley. Cell service is a little sporty.... We actually had a better time without the phones and learning everyone's names again.. haha!
