The space
An open plan kitchen, dining and living area keeps family or friends connected in one space, but if you need to do some work or study there is a dedicated study and work space.
The kitchen has a great skylight above the sink so you can watch the clouds change while doing the dishes. There is also a kitchen island that can be used as a gathering place for snacks and nibbles.
The master bedroom has a wonderful walk-in wardrobe with access to the ensuite bathroom. For the main bathroom there is a separate toilet room and a relaxing bath and shower.

Summary: Very clean and professionally maintained, child-friendly - carpeted throughout, no stairs. Park in garage and walk directly into house, Smart TV with internet and Youtube, deposit refunded without issue. Had some additional verification steps to their onboarding, but were flexible to provide other verification methods I was comfortable with. Highly recommended.
