Welcome to 'Elk Ridge Lodge' - a name given to this warm, spacious and beautifully furnished, four bedroom, three bath privately owned home in a quiet location with easy access on the east side of Prospect Mountain. Spend time during the day shopping, hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park, playing golf, horseback riding, fishing or attending events at Bond Park or the Estes Park Events Center (one mile from my property). Relax in the evening with your favorite adult beverage on the deck and/or balcony with wonderful mountain views and watching the local wildlife. Sitting on the back deck is like sitting in your own private paradise. The front deck is a perfect spot for morning coffee in the sun when the air is just a little cool, or for reading while basking in the gentle afternoon breezes (it is also a great spot to view the Fourth of July fireworks over Lake Estes!). The side patio is a fun place to gather when food is on the grill or to catch some of the great Estes Park Valley views. The back deck is a wonderful place to spend with family or friends, or just relaxing after an adventurous day. A wildlife migration path cuts through the back yard and elk and deer wander through regularly. A branch of the paved Estes Valley Trail system is right at the bottom of Lexington Lane and across the street, which provides miles of enjoyable walking, running, or biking and makes it easy to get downtown without a car. The Estes Valley Community Center is located a short distance away and has a fantastic indoor pool for kids and many other work out options for all. This is the place to stay where your family and friends can spread out, relax and create memories - from the full kitchen to the outdoor patio with a large gas grill.
