Beautiful pristine home located on the private side of Lake Anna in quiet cove for swimming and floating. Offering 3 Bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Full-length screened-in porch overlooking the water for morning coffee or late evening drinks. Big boat house with 1 covered slip for your use and sunning decks. Outside fire pit to enjoy the crisp nights and s'mores. Easy walk out to the water. House is close to common area for easy boat launch. Two kayaks and life vests available for your enjoyment.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
