Travel Purpose: business
Positive: The breakfast was terrific. The staff attentive and flexible. Plenty to eat prior to an active day.
Negative: The families that came in the night after we checked in the day before, were rude, and loud. The parents had no interest in parenting or asking the kids to be courteous. The kids were bombing through the halls at 7am, walking through our private areas. The staff did their best to ask the kids to not walk through our area, but were not supported by the parents. I like kids! But, this an expensive adult experience- reconsider having multiple families with multiple kids on the premise with other guests.
Summary: A unique experience in a quaint little mountain town.
