This 67m2 modern ground floor apartment with a beautiful sun terrace is fully equipped and able to accommodate up to 5 people. The flat is situated in the quiet and residential area of Alikianos just 15 minutes from the center of Chania and a 15min drive from the nearest beaches or just 2km from the famous Limnoupolis Water park!
It offers one spacious double bedroom with an extra single bed while two more persons can be accommodated in the living room sofa that turns into an extra double bed. The flat features a beautifully designed kitchen, functional and fully equipped to prepare any meal of the day and a dining table. Last but not least, we offer a wonderful swimming pool & terrace with serene garden views, outdoor furniture and barbeque for cooking, dining & relaxing al fresco!
