The house comfortably sleeps 14 guests, and is perfect for a group of friends or family reunions.
Playa Encanto is an exclusive, pristine, private manned- gated community with large beautiful homes on spacious lots. This secure, family community is free from the commercial development, crowds and noise you find at Sandy Beach or Southern California. The water is so clean and warm you’ll never again consider cold water beach vacations outside the Sea of Cortez!.
Just steps from the water on 180 feet of 'private' beachfront, the home offers many comfortable features to ensure that your family and friends have an unforgettable experience. Five patios surround the house to relax, enjoy the warm Mexican sun, , the sunsets, star gaze, and beautiful views of the water and sky. Pelicans, dolphins, birds of prey are often observed in the area. Sometimes whales and turtles too! Play with your children on the pristine sand of your own beach, build sand castles or play in the surf. Walk along the water’s edge collecting seashells and sand dollars. Summary: This was a cozy, well-stocked house with a fabulous location in the beach. Everything g we could possibly need was there for us! We got a bit turned around finding the house initially but the locals were super friendly and able to help, as well as receiving great communication from the host. The house location was fantastic- right on the beach! The weather was a bit cold, windy and rainy but this was expected for this weekend in January, and there were lots of blankets and fires inside to keep us cozy. Even with the other houses near by, we often had the beach completely to ourselves and the sunsets over the ocean were breathtaking. The house had a ton of seating spaces and extra tables - our group was not large enough to need all of that, but even with a larger group there was definitely enough spots to lounge for everyone. This was a beautiful home and a wonderful time for our group of 5. Thank you!
