The elevated location, easily reachable from the center of Porto Santo Stefano, offers a pleasantly reserved atmosphere, made even more suggestive by the pleasant sea breeze that refreshes even the hottest summers. The park that surrounds the property has an area of about 1,700 m² and has two entrances to the house, one on each side, a magnificent swimming pool with travertine-paved sun all day long, and a parking area for four/five cars. The land slopes down towards the valley and is covered by thick and fragrant Mediterranean scrub. This dream home has an area of 200 square meters and is mostly on one level, evoking the Tropezzian atmosphere.
The outdoor spaces are characterized by a multiplicity of essences among which two centuries-old palm trees stand out.
