Positive: The location was perfect for us. We were there to search for a house to buy. The home is well equipped. The beds very comfortable.
Negative: Our only complaint is the $295 charge to clean when we are required to strip beds, load and run the dishwasher, collect the towels and empty the refrigerator. (then be out by 10a.m.) After the guest does all that the rest of the home should have been spotless! It wasn't. We actually spent some time cleaning the areas we intended to use. The old vacuum that is in the closet did not work. The stove, back splash and counters should be clean. Especially when we are required to pay $295 to clean for the next guest. I'm sure it was collected from the previous guests as well. For example, we lifted the dish draining mat (really just a thick towel). Based on the crumbs and grease hidden beneath, It was obvious it had not been touched in a while. The wood medicine cabinet had tooth paste splattered on it. I could say more but I think you get the picture.
Summary: Good location. But, not Clean.
