Spacious and tastefully decorated and ready for you to enjoy. 5 bedrooms and two full baths inside. Home has wood floors throughout and remodeled Kitchen and Bathrooms. Arcade with 3 video games! Backyard Oasis that features grill ramada, pool, spa. Great location close to Kierland, City North, and Desert Ridge. A Great getaway spot to enjoy all that Scottsdale has to offer.
The space
This home underwent a complete overhaul in July 2022 and ready for Arizona travelers to enjoy! Perfect layout for large groups looking for comfort and style. Professional design that includes stylish decor and comfortable beds and furnishings. Get a game in at the custom arcade or gather around the custom bar to chat about the day or a cocktail.
This home is an entertainers dream. Fully stocked kitchen with upgraded appliances and marble counters. Spacious living area to enjoy a movie or a game. Backyard Oasis with amenities galore. Cool off in the pool with heating option or soak those sore muscles in the hot tub. Custom grilling ramada which offers bar seating and multiple grills.
Ideal location that is close to Scottsdale Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter. Waste Management Phoenix Open just a few minutes away as well as Westworld.
House Rules.
This home is located in a quiet residential area and NO loud parties will be tolerated . You are welcome to have fun but but it must be done in a respectful manner.
No smoking in the home at any time.
Pool can be heated for an additional $75 per day or $350 per week. Please notify manager at least 72 hour in advance of desire to heat pool.
Booking party must be at least 25 years of age or obtain prior approval to book.
Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in backyard

Summary: This home was beautiful and exactly what we needed. It was very spacious and the pool was great. The location was perfect and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We had one small problem and Brad was very quick to fix it.
