Real Del Mar Golf Resort offers spa, golf, tennis, equestrian center, plaza bar, restaurants, convenience store, hotel, chapel. Gated, family community w/ security, quality neighbors. Clubhouse pools & jacuzzis a walk away. Beaches, gourmet restaurants & Guadalupe wine country a short drive away.
The space
Spanish Colonial and English Cotswolds country decor are blended with modern amenities to create a delightful getaway destination.
Guest access
Community entry via the Residential Security Gate will be by a provided car sticker for ‘Residents Entry Lane.’ The house and garage (with remote opener) are accessible with the exception of some locked off personal storage drawers and cabinets protected by Child Locks.
Exercise equipment (use via signed responsibility waiver) in the garage includes a TV, fan, heater, yoga-Pilates rug area, stationary bike, free weights and a Bowflex 1000 with bench.
Private sunbathing available in front patio with outdoor shower and rear garden room.
The spiral staircase and the roof deck are NOT ACCESSIBLE.
Access car sticker, house keys and garage remote must be returned at checkout.
