Trail access via Borders Lodge makes for a quick trip to the slopes, whether you're looking to make the most of your winter powder days or sunny summer hikes. The main living area offers plenty of space to relax. The bedrooms are all on the lower levels, perfect for privacy. Once your adventures come to a close, put your feet up in front of one of the gas fireplaces, but don’t let the soothing flicker of flames distract you: There’s plenty to explore around here.

- Everyone in your group must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 12 people.

- Oversized vehicles will not fit in the garage space. There are two parking spaces outdoors that will accommodate larger vehicles.
- In addition to our terms and conditions, all guests will be required to sign a document agreeing to the HOA's rules and regulations. Please be on the lookout for communication from our team containing documents for signature after booking.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for your 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for your arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.

- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
