Fully Equipped Kitchen: For those who love to whip up a culinary masterpiece, our fully equipped kitchen awaits. From state-of-the-art appliances to premium cookware. You'll have everything you need to channel your inner chef and savor home-cooked meals. We also supply you with seasonings, utensils, wine glasses, a coffee maker, K-cups, creamer/sweetener, and even a drink mixer. We have thought of everything you may need to make your stay a comfortable one!
Open Living Spaces: Bask in the natural light that floods our inviting living spaces. The thoughtfully designed layout creates an atmosphere of openness, inviting you to relax, connect, and make memories with loved ones. Equipped with a pool table, toys, board games and card games. Your party will not run out of fun!
Entertainment Hub: Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property. Every room is equipped with new Samsung TVs. Guests can enjoy streaming their favorite shows and movies with access to Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video.
Dogs Are Welcome: We allow a maximum of 2 dogs into the home. We want your fur babies to join you, but we please ask that you keep them off all furniture for the entirety of the stay. There will be a $50 pet fee for each pet.
Private Outdoor Haven: Step onto our private backyard! This secluded outdoor space is perfect for sipping morning coffee, enjoying a cocktail, or simply relishing a moment of serenity near the firepit. Propane is supplied for both the fire pit and grill. Corn hole, laser tag, ladder golf, and a swing set are also available for you to enjoy with your group! Please note that some areas of the fencing are higher than the ground level in case you have pets that are traveling with you.
Waterfront Activities: Explore the reservoir, fish off the dock, or simply lounge by the water's edge. There's something for everyone to enjoy. Guests will be given a key to access the community’s shared docks. The lake is about a short 10-minute walk from the home. Both lake accesses have boat ramps to launch your favorite water toys.
Parking On the Property: Our home is equipped with a gated driveway that can fit up to 3 vehicles when the gate is closed. If you choose to leave the gate open, you can fit 5 mid-size vehicles. If you would like to bring a small boat, we will permit a 10 ft wide boat and trailer on the driveway. Street parking is NOT allowed per HOA rules. Please reach out to us if you have questions regarding parking.
