Family amenities - tons of beach toys like beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards, boce ball, volleyball, ping pong table and BBQ for family time. Watch whales from the lanai in the spring, each bedroom with en suite bathroom, decorative (not playable) baby grand piano, and gourmet kitchen.

Summary: It really is an elegant giant estate, but only close to the ocean. Can see more of the ocean and sunset from the upstairs lanai. You can definitely hear the ocean waves from the house. We did not use the upstairs open area with a pull out sofa for a bedroom, so, really only 4 bedrooms. Used a cot for one child and a large sofa cushion for another child. Overall, lots of space for 11 people not to get in each other's way, even in the kitchen. Fabulous rental, thank-you !
