In the magnificent setting of Rialto, one of the most sought-after areas of Venice, you will find the Ca’ Magia apartments: two Venetian jewels overlooking the Rio and the Campo di San Cassiano.
Located on the third floor of an 18th-century palazzo, served by a lift, the apartment combines traditional style, elegant finishes, original terrazzo floors and high frescoed ceilings, to make your visit to Venice unforgettable.
Ca’ Magia 1 will welcome you into its spectacular living room, which will surprise you with its size, classic style, frescoed ceilings, large windows and remarkable views.
At the beginning of the living room, you will find two comfortable sofas with a television, and at its centre, the fully equipped kitchen together with a spacious dining area and a large dining table. At the end of the living room, the French window will lead you to the traditional balcony in white marble. Here you will be able to drink a glass of Italian wine while enjoying the view of the canal below and the unique Venetian calmness surrounding you.
On the right-hand side, the living room will lead you to the first double bedroom, which is very spacious and air-conditioned and has a small balcony overlooking Campo San Cassiano. This bedroom features a beautiful Venetian chandelier, and its walls are decorated with fine stucco work from the 18th century.
You will enter a large second double bedroom from the same side of the living room, brightened by the four windows overlooking the canal and campo. Adjacent to this double bedroom, separated by a glass wall, you will find two additional beds.
On the opposite side of the living room, you will find the third bedroom with its two single beds that can be easily joined to make a double bed. This room has a high frescoed ceiling, air conditioning and a private bathroom with both a bathtub and shower. From this room, you will also enjoy a view of the canal below.
From the living room, you will also be able to enter the shared bathroom with a toilet, bidet and hairdryer. The shower is easily accessible from a conveniently located hall. The laundry area with the washing machine is accessible from the same hall.

The Palazzo is strategically located in the San Polo Sestriere (neighbourhood), a stone’s throw away from the Grand Canal, a 5-minute walking distance from the Rialto Bridge and 15 minutes from St. Mark's Square. The location is ideal for those who want to discover Venice on foot and experience the city from the same perspective as Venetians.
The two apartments can be easily reached either by waterbus (the line 1 stops at Rialto Mercato, only 400 metres away from the Palazzo, with one bridge to cross and, alternatively, at S.Sivestro, which is at about the same distance and also with a bridge to cross but has an access ramp) or by water taxi in Riva de l'Ogio.
Shops, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, museums, banks, supermarkets, churches and monuments are just a few steps away. Nearby you will also find the famous Rialto Market. This includes the traditional fish market located under the Logge della Pescaria (Pescheria), and the fruit and vegetable market in the adjacent Campo de l'Erbaria (Piazza delle Erbe).
