The Gourmet Kitchen is perfectly located, open to the great room with a large island to work and entertain from. Equipped with a large 5 burner gas range, granite tops, custom cabinetry, Bosh dishwasher, All Clad Pans, very nice dishes, serving platters, stemware, top of the line equipment and utensils. Everything you need to create any meal and baking needs.
Wood floors throughout with stone floors in the kitchen and bath. All the room have ultimate lighting, most with dimmer switch.
The floor layout is wonderful with a plethora of seating and rooms to find your perfect light.
Great Room is 34x22 with 9 foot coffered ceilings , seating around the fireplace that burns wood (that we provide) (much nicer then gas) on one end and double sofa seating around the 75 inch SMART TV , SONOS speakers, (surround sound for movies) on the other end, lounge chairs, table & chairs for eating, cards or puzzle making. Large windows all around and french doors that lead to the patio for year-round gas fire pit enjoyment.
Dining Room (23x14) with 11 foot dining table that seats 12 easy and additional drop leaf table to seat 4 more. Exterior glass door leads to the side stone patio with a large teak dining table & chairs, grill, gas fire pit, and gardens. And wood ring ready for your stay if it's winter.
Second large living room with fireplace convertible to bedroom suite. Windows on three walls, art collection, double doors that can make this room a private living room, or open for a perfect flow into the dining room.
The main floor has a bedroom with a queen bed, and a beautiful full bath with a custom design marble floor.
Entertainment Room/Guest Room suite, this 30 x 20 foot room has a SMART TV, new cloud sofa, full bath, King Bed. Glass doors lead to a Bluestone Patio and beautiful back yard facing west..often with sunset color to enjoy.
Master suite has it's own wing with a large walk-in closet, 65 inch SMART TV, with fireplace below. The Master bath with separate Water Works jetted tub and large walk-in shower for two. Marble top vanity. Heated marble floors and towel bars.
Guest Wing King, King, Full w/Crib, full bath w/double vanity, tub/shower.
Laundry room with washer & Dryer.
Second floor has two seating areas:
One with a large sofa, ottoman, chair, flat screen TV. & book shelf.
The second with an 8 foot Mahogany Work Area with nice office chair, and home to the Stereo Headquarters, fully wired throughout the house. Plug in your phone for music, enjoy speakers in the kitchen and master bedroom, each with volume controls.

Everyone really enjoys the outdoor seating with stone patios, large new grill, teak table and chairs, umbrella if needed, gas fire pit, arm chairs and top end folding chairs to relax around. Summer planters and blooming gardens & fruit trees make this yard a real delight. We have a basket ball area on the other side of the house. 3.5 level acres of well maintained lawn, gardens, and fruit trees. We offer 3 bikes for your use.
Our road is lined with 150 year old trees, stone walls on both sides. Great walking paths...Very peaceful yet not far from anything. Town is a 6 minute drive filled with everything you would need. A true New England experience.
