This beautiful Sanibel condo located in Gulf Shores, AL is a 2-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath unit located across the street from the Gulf Of Mexico. There is a boardwalk to the beach with benches, restroom, volleyball net and shower.
Gulf Shores has lots entertainment with golf, fishing, restaurants, water park, zoo, movies and mega outlet shopping. Discount coupons are available at the front doors of most stores.
The porch is 28 feet long and perfect for relaxing while enjoying that first cup of coffee .
You are located with the Gulf Of Mexico to your south and Little Lagoon on your north. So everyone can find lots of things to do.
Bike riding and shell hunting is everywhere. You have trails to enjoy out the front and back of the unit.
This is a NON-SMOKING unit. There is no smoking inside or outside (that includes porches or balconies).
Parking: Along the beach parking is limited. Most properties have a restriction of 1 to 2 cars per reservation. This is determined by each condo association. There are no exceptions . Also no boats, trailer, motor homes, jet skis or golf carts are permitted in the designated parking area. Parking pass must be displayed on vehicle at all times. LIMIT 2 AUTOS PER RESERVATION PER UNIT (and passes must be displayed on drivers dash).
Building is serviced with 2 elevators.
Car passes are purchased on site.
All monthly rentals must be in the same Calendar Month to receive the monthly rate.

Summary: We were here with 3 of our kids Mar.22nd through 27th. We were just here last week and I feel like some of our pictures did not look like it does online. The patio furniture is really old and rusted out and I didn't want to sit on it. I tried wiping it down with soap and water, but it didn't help. I feel like some of the pictures of the resort were from awhile ago. It rained a lot while we were here and I know it is hard to keep things clean when it rains. I loved the big table inside that was big enough for all of us to play games on and eat our meals.There was no grill on our patio like the pictures have Inside our condo was clean, but the rest of the building seemed a little run down. I loved the elevators, washer/dryer, pool and the four minute walk the beach! There is nothing available to use for the beach. You have to bring all of your own stuff. Cookie sheets in the kitchen were not usable and there is no can opener or pizza pans. I had to use aluminum foil to cover the cookie sheets The refrigerator wasn't working right and froze all of our food on our last couple days there. Also, parking cost $35. My husband was disappointed in the fitness center because it only had a couple treadmills. Two amazing things was manager/host is incredible!! He answered everyone of my dumb emails asking 100 questions before we came. The communication was amazing! Another one we loved was the bathroom in the master bedroom was SO just gorgeous and huge!
