Positive: Keys are provided via an app, which you need to download. Instructions were provided on how to use. The first time used was a bit tricky but fortunately one of the permanent residents assisted.
Negative: The fact you needed to download an app. Having no physical keyboard was a bit daunting. If your phone became flat, you would be stuck.
