EeBee House is located in the very sought after coastal enclave of Eagle Bay, a 7 minute drive from the shopping, cafe and restaurant hub of Dunsborough, and bordered by the bay and A Class Reserve. Ideally positioned to enjoy the sparkling waters and shimmering sands of Eagle Bay Beach, Bunker Bay or the Old Dunsborough or Quindalup swimming beaches and the beautiful foreshore recreation areas. Or roam further to the renowned wineries, restaurants and galleries; or wild and dramatic coastlines around the Cape.
The rammed earth and timber framed construction with extensive use of glass to drink in the winter sun harnesses the solar passive benefits of the homes orientation and wraps around a fabulous centralised alfresco entertaining space. EeBee House is divided into two wings ideal for dual or extended family holiday sharing.
The main living room is elegant yet comfortable, with stylish yet inviting couches and big screen TV. The expanse of windows creates a light and airy space with beautiful cross ventilation for those summer days and accesses the fabulous alfresco space.
The fully equipped kitchen offers electric stovetop/oven, dishwasher, single fridge / freezer, microwave, island bench and Nespresso coffee machine.
