Summary: Gianna, Cosimo and especially Sebastiano have been very welcoming, helpful and caring before and during our stay. We loved the place, being close to Portoferraio and in nature at the same time. The house is simple and fully functional. We enjoyed the walking access to a very nice beach (clear waters and not too crowded), and the big swimming pool (salty water from the sea). At night we enjoyed taking pictures of the clear and dark sky, while listening to the sea waves. There is a road higher above the house, but it was finally not disturbing at all, even if I am sensitive to noise: we barely hear the cars, and the motorbike trafic drastically reduces in the evening. I would definitely recommend the place. The price is more than reasonable for such a remarkable spot.
