The Space:
This family-friendly, 2-bedroom condo is located in the most exclusive residential area of the bay, El Tigre Golf and Country Club in Nuevo Vallarta.

The main highlights of the condo:
The SITTING AREA features a comfortable L-shaped sofa that faces a flat-screen TV, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors give access to the PRIVATE BALCONY, which features cushioned seating.
The KITCHEN has all the necessary appliances, cookware, and dishware to prepare simple meals at home, plus a dishwasher for a quick and easy clean-up.
The DINING TABLE can comfortably accommodate 6 guests for sit-down meals and can also serve as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to Paradise Plaza (mall) and the pool of the condominium, an area with tables, lounge chairs, and a pool bar.
The Neighborhood:
At El Tigre, there’s lots to see and do! Stop by Paradise Plaza, where you will find several shops and restaurants, including a grocery store, Starbucks, the "Buonissimo" ice cream shop, and a lot more. The community also offers amenities like the Kid’s World, tennis/pickleball courts, a fitness center, and a spa, just to name a few. Just note that access to certain areas of the complex has restrictions.
Getting Around:
The property is APPROXIMATELY 10 km | 6 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR).
Other Things to Note:
The condo is for up to 6 guests; however, guests #5 and #6 have an extra fee that will be paid upon arrival.
Families are welcome.
Bringing external providers to the property is strictly prohibited. If you need any extra services, such as cleaning or a private chef, you can easily arrange and book them directly at the property.
Electricity is included for up to 14kWh. Consumption will be calculated based on the difference between the meter reading at check-in and the meter reading at check-out, with a fee of 6 MXN per extra kilowatt used. Please assist us in conserving energy by using the AC responsibly.
The condominium has its own pool. Please note THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE for guests staying between 3-14 nights who decide to access the communal amenities such as the Beach Club and the "El Tigre" Sports & Racquet Club at an extra charge of $1,300 MXN per person, per stay . Golf is also available at an additional fee, and guests should make their own tee time reservations.
Golf carts and bicycles can be rented for an extra fee (subject to availability).
Check-in is from 4 pm to 9 pm at no cost. Late check-in from 9 pm to 11 pm is available upon request for $500 MXN. Your ETA & IDs (mandatory) should be sent to us within at least a week prior to your check-in date or upon booking confirmation.
We provide some complimentary basic essentials, such as toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. Please note these are not replenished.
There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like to arrange cleaning during your stay, one can be arranged at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, there is a mandatory weekly cleaning.
The resort requires identification for all the persons staying in the condo at least 7 days prior to arrival.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 24 years of age or older to book.
- Families with children are always welcome.
- For groups, we ask that all members be at least 24 years old.
- All guests must provide a government ID before arrival. Failure to do so will prevent access to the property.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises; this includes tobacco and cannabis, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $200 USD penalty and will cause you to be banned from the premises.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated.
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. If damages/loss incurred exceed the security deposit, you will be charged accordingly upon checkout and must pay in cash.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Guests are not allowed to walk on the golf course.
- Towels are not for beach usage. Only beach towels are permitted in common areas.
- Please do not hang towels over railings or balconies.
- We are not responsible for any type of loss or valuables left behind.
- We are not responsible for any accidents related to the guests or companions inside the premises or complex.
*Any fault in complying with the comment before will cause a direct cancelation of the booking without a refund.
Interaction with Guests:
You will be received by the host, who will hand you the keys personally.
