Positive: El Pirguan is a beautiful place and you will definitely have a good and relaxing time here. The house has everything you need. In and around Tazo are plenty of opportunities for hiking.
Negative: We had booked for 4 weeks, but decided to leave earlier. The access road was the bottleneck for us: after following a narrow mountain road for about 25 minutes, the road turns into an even narrower 'dirt road' that has a lot of height difference, and in one place also goes over a narrow ridge. The situation requires a powerful car and an experienced cool-headed driver. Driving in the dark and after a rainstorm was a no go for us. And if you then reach the first real shop after 40 minutes, it is definitely something to consider. We would have preferred to know this situation in advance. If you like peace and quiet, enjoy driving on mountain roads and being detached from everything, you will have a great time.
