Positive: Our stay in Pangulasian El Nido Resort was absolutely unforgettable. The resort staff were exceptional — incredibly friendly, helpful, and always going the extra mile. From the heartfelt goodbye note from our villa cleaners Amor and Dennis to the thoughtful dining surprises, every detail made us feel truly cared for. I did incredible dives with Jon, whose deep knowledge of marine life made each dive a joy. My partner, an inexperienced swimmer, went snorkelling and received amazing support and patience from the team, making it a truly enjoyable experience. Winston, our guide, took us to beautiful, remote spots far from the crowds. Evenings brought special touches like star-gazing sessions with a telescope and local stories left on our bed — magical moments we’ll never forget. From luxurious villas to encounters with monkeys, reptiles, and little crabs, every part of this trip was filled with wonder. We couldn’t have asked for more — and we can’t wait to return.
