This lovely condo, just four miles from M.B. Miller County Pier, provides guests with beautiful Gulf views from its private balcony! Relax with a drink in your hand as you watch the waves on the shore - or cook up dinner on the private electric grill! Inside, enjoy a seat in the lovingly furnished living room. The well-equipped kitchen features everything you need to cook a delicious meal, including helpful extras like a dishwasher and a breakfast bar that seats four guests. Central air-conditioning will ensure that everyone's comfortable throughout your stay. The main bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a stone standalone shower. Younger guests will enjoy relaxing on the built-in bunk beds. In addition to all the features at this condo, guests can enjoy access to the shared pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and fitness room during their stay.
THINGS TO KNOW
Beginning on September 6th, 2023, the Sterling Breeze Homeowners Association will be starting a major elevator replacement project. During this time, there will only be one elevator operating on the property. There will be longer than usual waiting times during high occupancy. This project is expected to be completed by March 1, 2024, though it could last longer.
Due to local restrictions, some facilities may be closed and/or have limitations. Please contact our local office if you have any questions

Summary: The old man in the lobby, we talked every morning and anytime I came through. The place is close to the beach and the crosswalk goes over the street from the garage. The only thing that made me unhappy was the desk told us we couldn't get more toilet paper or trash bags, but all in all everyone there was good people.
