Summary: The unit was easy to get to the places I needed but the actual outside property was disappointing. The yard is basically weeds. The outside table and chairs are rusty and you look at the garage wall if you were to sit. Absolutely no temporary supplies are provided in the kitchen upon arrival. (Coffee, filter, tea bag) Generally quiet. Very comfortable bed. Heating comes from upstairs unit so you have no control. Two spaces heaters were provided but nothing could help when above unit turned up the heat . Owners are available and are willing to accommodate your needs. Short term stays would probably not care about amenities but longer stays may appreciate a place to sit outside in a nice setting.
