Positive: I am not too demanding and this apartment really completely fulfilled all our needs. The owner impressed me with the manuals for everything, short videos about "how-to-do-this-or-that" and i really appreciate his professional but still friendly approach. I recommend this apartment to all: families, friends, partners, and i might be back, if again in Edinburgh.
Negative: all fine. a bit longer walk distance to city center but still manageable (there are also some busses)
Summary: very nice - old fashioned (like in a time travel, part of joy!) but also very clean & comfortable
