You get two exceptional waterfront cottages & two bunkies on Maple Lake for $3675 weekly. Cottages have two bedrooms each plus 2 bunkies (one bedroom each & use washrooms in cottages). Cottages on a large private 4 acre property. Cottages/bunkies are within 50’ of each other. 299' of waterfront with sunny south western exposure. 15 minutes from town of Parry Sound. Private sand beach has shallow water entry, water clean- weed free; great for kids & sand toys provided. Large dock in 9' water with Muskoka chairs. Renter can dock own boat at dock- launch boat at public boat launch. **Seguin has restricted fire ban at present.** **Summer Rest (brown) cottage is 685 sq ft. With 2 bedroom + one 3-piece bathroom, a large elevated deck, dishwasher, air conditioner. It has one bedroom with queen size bed, other bedroom has bunk (double on bottom & twin on top). **Northern Pines (white/green) cottage is 485 sq ft. with 2 bedroom (double bed) + one 3-piece bathroom, two tier deck. Ceiling fan /fan in every room in cottages/ bunkies. Deck areas- solar lamps, dining table, chairs, BBQs with filled propane tanks. Drilled well- safe drinking water. Private playground by cottages. Pine Bunkie has one double bed. Green & white Bunkie has a bunk bed (double on bottom & twin on top). **Rental application/contract to be completed by renter before booking. No more than 14 adults/children on property. No more than 2 dogs permitted. Cottages must be left clean on departure- owner also does thorough cleaning/disinfecting of cottages/bunkies. **Cottages rented on WEEKLY BASIS ONLY.** Renter has sole use of property except for owner’s own cottage at end of property. Cottages closed over winter and are all clean waiting for the right family to rent. Owner only takes 1-2 rentals thru summer. Maple Lake is a mile by a mile with bays off the main lake area thus it is a maple leaf shape. Boat traffic is light so much so that it is enjoyable to watch while sitting on the Muskoka chairs on the dock. Through Maple Lake renters also have access to Duck Lake using canoes or kayaks.
