Newly remodeled and upgraded (Feb 2022) Tower 2, lower-level condo at the most sought-after resort in Panama City Beach. "Seas the Happiness" features two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a gorgeous private balcony.
Our roomy living area offers comfortable seating, a Smart TV with streamline channels and HD service. But it's hard to compete with the best view: our floor to ceiling windows that overlook the amazing Emerald Coast and Gulf. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy the sound of the waves and sip a cup of coffee each morning.
Our gorgeous renovated kitchen has granite countertops, a kitchen bar, and a dining table.
The large master bedroom offers a king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom that has granite countertops, double sinks, and oversized porcelain shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and access to the second full bathroom with tub/shower combo. A queen fold-out sofa rounds out the sleeping accommodations for a max occupancy of 6.
For your convenience, we also have full-size washer/dryer, HDTV, Smart TV with streaming channels like Netflix and Hulu, free private wifi, plus we include complimentary beach service (two beach chairs and umbrella set up every day) with your rental. A seasonally-heated pool plus hot tub are located immediately in front of our tower, overlooking the surf. Or guests are welcome to use all the amenities of Edgewater Beach Resort, the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach.

Summary: The condo was so nice, clean and comfortable. We loved being on the 2nd floor so it was easy to take the stairs. It was a quick access to the beach, the pool and all of the resorts amenities. We took our 3 month old infant with us, so we spent a lot of time in the condo and the beach views from the kitchen and living room was the best. We very much enjoyed this condo and the owner of the condo was very good to work with.
