Welcome to the Edgewater Shores Private Lakefront Community in Lake Arrowhead. Unit 23 is a newly renovated home with modern features and stylish décor. Step to the lake, hiking, restaurants and shopping, this home offers everything you can ask for in a Lake Arrowhead home. It’s ideally located for all of your summer and winter adventures and bodes one of the only private beaches around the lake. This Lake Arrowhead home will not disappoint.
Rules:
• The House Rules and Community Rules can be summed up in a simple
statement …. “Treat this home like your own and be courteous and respectful to your neighbors.” Abiding by this one simple rule will go a long way to enjoying your stay.
Community Rules:
• Edgewater Shores is a quiet, close-knit community. Respect this fact!!! Respect your neighbors and your surroundings.
• Loud, obnoxious guests, whether in the home, on the beach or on the dock, will be reported to the owner and repeated complaints will result in removal from the home.
• There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING in the home or on Edgewater Shores
property.
• You will be given 2 parking spaces for small to midsize cars. 1 spot in the
garage and 1 spot directly outside the garage. ALL OTHER PARKING SPACES
ARE RESERVED FOR OTHER OWNERS and parking in an unauthorized spot
will result in your car being towed at your expense. There is no off-street
parking.
• Follow ALL HOA rules and regulations. A copy of the rules and regulations will be provided to you.
• We are fortunate to enjoy one of the few private beaches on the lake reserved for Edgewater Shores owners and guests. We ask that while lounging on the beach you respect others around you. No loud music, parties, large gatherings or fire pits are permitted on the beach.
• Swimming in the lake, jumping off the docks and fishing from the docks are permitted. Small rafts kept close to the shore are permitted, however, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, canoes and any other floatation devices are not permitted on the lake. YOUR USE, AND YOUR GUESTS’ USE, OF THE LAKE AND DOCKS ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
• Keep the beach and docks clean. Remove any trash from the beach and docks and pick up after yourself.
