This beautiful ground level villa overlooks a lake with a fountain. Across the lake is one of the many swimming pools available to you at this resort. If you want to beach it, you can either walk across the bridge which this unit is close to, or take the free trolley car to the beach. There are on-site restaurants from a pizza hut to fine dining. You can enjoy live music by the lagoon pool in the afternoons, or lounge on your private patio and enjoy the view and the ocean breeze. The master suite has a king sized bed, private bathroom, dressing room, and walk in closet. But the best part is the view of the lake! The kitchen has everything you would have in your own home. The laundry room is accessed in the kitchen conveniently through bi-fold doors. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed and great closet space. In one of the closets is a roll away bed and a blow up bed with linens, pillows and blankets for both extra beds. There is a door to the second bathroom from the bedroom and the hallway. Once you park your car, you really won't need it again until your vacation is over. Everything you need is here at this fabulous resort. We rent to families with children or adults over 25. We require a $110 cleaning fee. During June and July we prefer to only book weekly rentals. Parking passes are $10 each per vehicle There are 6 Pool tags to access the lagoon pool in condo.
