Unit 410 is incredibly beautiful with many custom accents and decor which brings this unit to another level. This 1215 sq.ft unit overlooks the pools and is only a very short walk to the beach. Open the balcony doors and the ocean waves can be heard! It has Custom Kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, Travertine backsplash, wine bar and tile floors throughout the entire unit. Acacia Wood paneling in the trey ceiling of the kitchen and as an accent wall in the hallway. Stunning! The Stainless steel French door refrigerator with ice maker and microwave are brand new. All small appliances including Mr. Coffee maker and a Keurig) are brand new. Unit 410 has the most incredible view of the beach from the Kitchen/Living Room/Master Bedroom. All furniture/decorative accents/mattresses are brand new. Linens are luxury quality. Free Wi-Fi. The Living Room has a 60" Samsung 1080 SmartTv and Blu-Ray DVD player. The Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom have 32" Samsung SmartTv’s and Blu-Ray DVD players. There is a Kenmore HE stackable, full size washer and dryer.
This gulf-front Edgewater Beach Condominium unit offers a unique and breathtaking view of beautifully landscaped grounds and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Edgewater surrounds you in a relaxing family atmosphere and is located in the Sandestin/Miramar Beach area midway between Seaside and Destin. Edgewater is directly across from the Silver Sands Premium Outlet, within walking distance.
Once inside the gated property you are surrounded by lush gardens, tropical pools and white sand beaches that stretch for miles. Guests at Edgewater enjoy two huge swimming pools (one heated and the other with a waterfall!) toddler wading pool and adult hot tub. The Tiki Bar (where you can have lunch poolside) has wonderful sandwiches and beverages. Why go back to the room when you can have lunch poolside! There is a professional putting green, shuffleboard, playground for children, basketball court, lots of open green space to play soccer, bocce ball, football, etc. There is a state-of-the-art fitness center and underground parking for low profile vehicles.
Edgewater has over 420 feet of private beach. Relax in this beautiful two-bedroom/two-bath fourth floor unit that has everything you would need for a wonderful vacation.

Summary: Amazing accommodations! The best place I have had the pleasure of staying at for vacation. Very clean and so beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds and furniture, Martha has thought of everything to make this a superior rental. Martha is a gem, easy to work with, friendly and has everything taken care of before you open the door to this lovely unit! I'm looking forward to next year! Pools, hot tub, exercise room and grounds are very well maintained. Awesome experience.
