This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is located on thirteen floor and has a beautiful view of the pool, beach and grounds. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 3 TV's, DVD, WI-FI, keyless entry locks and extra large balcony. This unit sleeps 6 with a king in the master, 2 twins in the guest bedroom and queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The condo is in need of updating and minor repair so we have compensated the cosmetic imperfections with a lower rate. Free seasonal beach service March - October. The building overlooks lush gardens, 2 sparkling pools and sugar white beaches. Parents with small children especially like this property because of its laid back atmosphere and children’s playground. Edgewater is security gated, has covered parking. Edgewater is conveniently located to shopping and dining. It is located across from the Silver Sands Factory Outlet and minutes away from the Destin Commons, Baytowne Wharf and area golf courses. Monthly winter reservations available but must be 60 night minimum. Seasonal beach service available at additional charge.
