Centrally located in Gulf Shores the condo is only minutes away from the islands best dining shopping and local attractions. This 8th floor 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom condo will be perfect for making beachside memories.
A unique feature to each unit at The Edgewater are the sunrooms in place of balconies which are perfect for catching the beautiful sunrise with your morning coffee no matter the temperature or weather conditions! Enjoy this one of a kind gulf front sun room accessed off both the living room and master bedroom and overlooking the Gulf and outdoor pool. Sliding glass doors on balcony make for wonderful sunroom in the winter & can be opened to the warm gulf breeze during warm months.
Feel right at home in the primary bedroom's king size bed. In the second bedroom you will find a queen size bed. If you need additional sleeping area there is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room which allows this vacation rental to comfortably sleep up to 6 people. The kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs with all things needed including - microwave, dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker. The dining seats 4 at the table and 2 at the bar. The laundry room has a ready to use full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Come to Edgewater 82 for a vacation that you will never forget.

Edgewater is in a prime location to experience all Gulf Shores has to offer when it comes to dining, shopping and recreation! This property is not only beach front with quick and easy access to the beautiful white sandy beaches, but it also has a great outdoor pool. There is a BBQ grill for your use and an elevator for ease of access.
