Positive: The place is fine and well connected with the bus stop right at the entrance; however, the AC needs repair, despite trying to turn it off and on, it beeped every night of our stay, so we had to turn it off to stop the noise. Note that there is a spiral staircase, not regular stairs, which can be challenging for some, especially those with heavy luggage. Overall it's a decent place.
