Summary: Unfortunately we had dirty sheets on the master bed (black scuff-like marks, hairs, very pilly!! so we washed new sheets and remade the bed. I escalated my disappointment and asked for the cleaning fee to be waived but that request was denied. The second shower was tiny with a cheap and hard to use shower head and a burned out light bulb that took two days and multiple messages to get replaced. We were there from Wed to Tues and the pool was never cleaned out like it was supposed to be. I guess overall I would say cleanliness and upkeep are where this property fails. The space inside and outside were great though. Just disappointed about cleanliness and response of manager.
