Find yourself indulging in a truly serene getaway to the California Coast at this beautiful retreat sitting just a short walk from the sand. Watch whales passing by while standing at the large living room window getting toasty in front of the fireplace or, if you prefer, enjoy a nice long soak in the hot tub on the deck! Even more wildlife can be seen such as deer, wild turkeys, or rabbits running across the meadow. Either way, everyone will love looking out to the beautiful blue ocean at sunset with a favorite drink in hand. When mealtimes come around, the full kitchen has everything needed to whip up unforgettable meals for the whole family. At night, a starry heaven will take your breath away and the flatscreen TV and WIFi will be ready to entertain until everyone is dozing off to sweet dreams.
Located on the ocean side of California Hwy 1, the house is a quick walk to the ocean, the children's playground, or one of the finest tide-pool areas on the Ranch. The house also has quick access across the common area to the Bluff trail to the Monarch Glen. This is where the Monarch Butterflies stop to rest on their trip southward. There is a Monarch Glen field guide in the house for your convenience. If a beach day is on the agenda, simply head over to Shell Beach less than a half-mile from your front door!
