Easy Breezy welcomes you to The Crystal Coast! Beautiful ocean views from this 2 bedroom, 2 bath first floor condo. Easy Breezy is brand new to the rental market, and newly redecorated with a comfortable beachy vibe. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and views of the ocean with your own private patio. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bed on top and full size bed on the bottom. The living room also has a pull-out queen sleeper sofa. (Unit can sleep up to 8 people). Both bathrooms have a tub/shower combo. Kitchen has granite counters, stove, built-in microwave, fridge, and a washer and dryer. There is a nice size pantry to store all your fun vacation snacks. There are 4 chairs at the dining table, and a bench to easily seat 6 people. There are 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter for more seating. Kitchen is well-stocked for all your vacation meal prep, and the unit feels spacious and inviting.
Amenities Galore! 3 oceanfront outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, and an outdoor hot tub. There is plenty of room for sunbathing, and relaxing after a dip in the pool. Ginger's Cafe is a poolside eatery, so no one will go hungry while at the pool. There are 3 private beach accesses in the complex for guests to get to the ocean. There are 2 lighted tennis courts and a basketball court, and a grilling and picnic area. There is also an indoor heated pool, an indoor hot tub, a sauna, a professionally equipped exercise room, and 2 racquetball courts-all located in the Sports Complex on site. One indoor court houses air hockey, ping pong, and foosball. There is also a snack bar, game room, and beach store where you can play pool and play a video game or two.
No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this unit.
Linens and bath towels are included with this rental. Please bring your own beach towels, beach equipment, and chairs. Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and baby items may be rented locally if needed-ask the property manager for this info after booking so you can get them reserved now.
Check in after 4 pm, check out before 10 am. Sunday to Sunday during prime summer season!
All At Waves Edge guests pay a 55.00 damage protection fee at time of booking. This covers you up to 1500.00, ONLY IF GUESTS REPORT the DAMAGES BEFORE CHECK OUT to the PROPERTY MANAGER.

Summary: Amazing location! Incredible access to the beach and pools! Being ground floor next to the beach is why we picked it and was a huge benefit. Beautiful beach and having an indoor and outdoor pool was great with variations in the weather. Kids loved the indoor pool bc it was heated. We went in early May and it was not crowded at all. They were doing construction on the buildings but it really wasn’t a huge disruption to us, so that was nice. It’s an older complex but has so many fun amenities. And with the construction it looks like they are updating. The condo was very comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 5. (Kids ages 6, 10, 13) Condo had everything we needed to enjoy a week long stay and was very comfortable and a great space for our family. We noticed some reviews didn’t like the showers but they were fine and clean and we didn’t see a problem with them not being brand new. They worked just fine and got us clean with hot water. It was definitely a great value for us, we had a blast and the owners were available if we needed it but we didn’t need to contact them. We would definitely stay again!
