Positive: Very good location near downtown and UT. A eclectic neighborhood with moderate to high end houses and nice old trees. The kitchen is well equipped, the table sits 8 people. The 3 bedrooms are roomy and the beds very comfortable.]The neighborhood was quiet at night. In the morning a neighbor 2 streets down exhorts you through a loud speakerphone to calm down and meditate !! The charm of Austin!
Negative: all perfect.
Summary: A very comfortable and quiet house close to downtown.
