Quintessential 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach house with stone fireplace and updated kitchen and bathrooms. Cute and cozy coastal decor. Large backyard with frontage on Tuckerman Ave that includes a brand new deck. Two bedrooms have full beds and one bedroom has two twin beds. In addition to the living room, there is a sun room/sitting room with a day bed. Plans for outdoor shower to be built spring 2017!!!
One block from water and easy walk to Newport’s First (Easton’s) beach and the Cliff Walk. Just over a mile to Second (Sachuest) beach and a short drive to the center of Newport’s night life and restaurants. Also very close by are Middletown’s nature preserve, a bird sanctuary, Newport National Golf Course and the Newport Winery.

Summary: Great week at the house. Supplied all the towels, sheets of you want to use. Owners were completely available in case of an issue and all instructions were spelled out. Great back yard for kids. Short drive to beach. Would stay again!
