It is minutes from Towne East Mall, Bradley Fair and many restaurants, bars and shops. Less than a mile to Kellogg Ave (Highway 400/ US 54), so it's easy to get just about anywhere in the city.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A GUEST HOUSE IN THE BACK THAT HAS A LONG-TERM TENANT. THEY DO PARK ON THE FAR RIGHT SIDE OF THE DRIVEWAY.
