This upscale condominium, located in the East of the Sun complex, is newly renovated and refurbished with added amenities such as free WiFi, keyless entry, and quality mattresses. Located in the mellow year-round community of Fenwick Island, Delaware, this unit will serve as a relaxing haven just minutes away from the Atlantic Ocean and Assawoman Bay.
Second-floor end unit offers quiet atmosphere with central air conditioning. Two designated parking spaces (one numbered) with other unnumbered spaces, first-come, first-serve.
East of the Sun offers a custom outdoor pool w/lifeguard and shower (Memorial Day to Labor Day), deluxe whirlpool spa, sheltered swim pavilion, all-weather championship tennis court, serene waterscaping, footbridges and pathways for moonlight strolls. Bring bicycles! The roads are fairly quiet around the development and ideal for bike riding. If you're brave, you can ride your bikes across the highway, and the beach is just a hop, skip, and jump from there.
Restaurants, shopping, and entertainment close enough to be convenient but far enough to maintain your privacy. Also available nearby: water sports, movie theater, churches, boating facilities, mini-golf, biking, crabbing, and much more . . . don't miss Fisher's Pop Corn. Close to historic Fenwick Island Lighthouse and Ocean City, MD, amusements. Short drive to state parks, quaint shops, groceries, drug stores. Six miles to Bethany Beach; 16 miles to Dewer Beach, 18 miles to Rehoboth Beach attractions.

Master bedroom (11' x 14') – queen bed, walk-in closet, master bath; flat screen TV (cable channels). Window overlooks landscaped lagoon Bedding and towels provided.
Full bedroom (9'9" x 14') – new double mattress and box springs, walk-in closet, flat screen TV with Blue Ray DVD player. Balcony. Bedding and towels provided.
Twin bedroom (9'9" x 12'9") – two new twin mattresses and box springs, flat screen TV with Blue Ray DVD player. Balcony. Bedding and towels provided.
Second bathroom in hallway (towels provided).
